I think there's much more to that cartoon than just "a pedlar" hawking crowns. "New lamps for old" - the evil sorcerer from Alladin's tale - seeking to obtain the lamp containing the genii, in order to attain ultimate power.
While Jewish bankers have a lot to answer for, to say the least, the primary onus is on us: you can't cheat an honest man, and we deserve the authority that we tolerate.

Then through the Franks, and the other Germanic and Celtic nations until Europe was essentially a ghetto of this cult, barely retaining the vestiges of itself culturally and genetically. Now even that remainder is being destroyed under the evil and watchful eye of the Papacy and its vile temporal offshoots and their devolutions.
Throughout this time, the conquering wasn't even done in a military fashion, but in the fashion of an open-air gulag for the purpose of brainwashing and purging the former identities of all those it dominated. Not to take some percentage of their wealth, but to take the entirety of their souls. This was the new war of full spectrum dominance that the Jew invented with his spurned cult of Yehoshuah worship, which they converted into a social engineering weapon system. This damn thing actually worked and nothing in the entire history of this world has been more fiendish and yet more prosperous than this weapon, it's very purpose being not to take the land or the produce of it from the people, but to take the people from themselves, and then they naturally act as slaves to those who control this process, who were always protected from it and exempted from it and who always had access to its steerage, the Jews who invented it.
And throughout this time any of these golems could be and have been turned on one another for the most spurious or Machiavellian of reasons, even (as pointed out here) when their supposedly "common enemy", whom the Jews also invented and call "Ishmael", is the main belligerent and ostensibly anti-Christian! When deracinated "LARPers", pretending to be the "New Chosen", their entire mentality a perverse mutation on the Jewish mind's narcissistic worldview, find themselves manipulated into mutual mass murder, they have not a real spirit of conviction nor a practical sensibility about any of it, but are just recapitulating a fantasy that a peculiar Jewish eschatology and ontology applies to them and will rapture them into a meaning that was evacuated from them long ago.

You are conflating the Crimean War (1853-56) and the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-78. The British already sided against Russia in the Crimean War, defeated them, and wanted to forbid them from having a Black Sea fleet (but couldn't enforce it).
This shows that the anti-Russian British policy - aimed at maintaining naval dominance and "balance of power" in Europe - wasn't started by Disraeli.

I suggest you do a little research on Disraeli and his support for the Crimean war. As well as the role of Rothschild finance in it
